Questions about sales and delivery

Is direct sales possible?
All our products are sold exclusively through specialist outlets. Direct sales are not possible with us. You can contact your local dealer, who will answer your questions and process your orders. They will also be able to help you order individual components.

What is the delivery time?
Delivery times can vary and depend entirely on the date on which the order is received. Please check directly with your retailer, who will usually be able to tell you when the goods will be delivered.

Where can I find prices?
If you have any questions about pricing, please contact your retailer. Please do not hesitate to contact them.

Where can I get help when planning and/or fitting out my kitchen?
Would you like to make your dream kitchen a reality? Don't hesitate to contact your dealer. They will plan with you and are your local contact and service partner. Tell them what you want in a personal meeting, and they'll work with you to make it happen.

How can I get samples?
Are you looking for a suitable sample for your dream kitchen? Your dealer has a wide range of shapes and colours to suit every taste. For more information, please contact your dealer.

Is your company certified?
We have obtained various certificates and labels - which we can demonstrate in black and white. By using resources sustainably, we also want to make our contribution to a better future.

Questions about our kitchens

How do I clean my kitchen?
Easy care - that's the best way to describe the high-quality surfaces of our kitchens. To ensure that you enjoy your kitchen for as long as possible, use only mild, water-soluble household cleaners. These can be found in the relevant care instructions that come with all our kitchens, or can be obtained from your retailer. Never use aggressive liquid cleaners or abrasive cleaning products to clean surfaces. The same applies to varnishes, waxes and solvents. Detailed care instructions can be found here.

What thicknesses of worktop are available in the #kitchenfamily range?
We offer our worktops in different thicknesses: 12, 25 and 39 mm. While we offer worktops in thicknesses of 25 and 39 mm in all decors, the 12 mm thickness variants allow for a special range of decors.

What is the load capacity of the drawers and pull-outs?
Our products are designed for long life and can withstand high loads. The load capacity of pull-outs is a maximum of 30 kg - and from a cabinet body width of 800 mm upwards, a maximum of 65 kg. Drawers have a maximum load capacity of 30 kg.

What is the maximum load capacity of wall units?
Wall units also have an excellent load-bearing capacity and can withstand 60 kg/m² of horizontal storage space.

How do I open wall units in a handleless kitchen?
We offer a range of opening options. If you wish, we can fit the wall units with a bottom profile handle, for example, i.e. a recess in the base so that you can reach behind the front. Wall units can also be opened by pressing on the front (Push-to-Open) or using an electric motor drive.

Can I also get the colour specification as a RAL colour code?
The #kitchenfamily colours are not based on the RAL colour chart or other colour standards. For further information, please contact your local colour specialist who will allow you to compare your chosen colour with a sample.

Questions about the guarantee and possible claims

Who do I contact if I have questions about claims/warranty?
All information about the warranty and any other claims are set out in the contract with your dealer. In other words: as your contractual partner, he is also the person to contact if you have any complaints.

My electrical appliance is not working properly. Who can I contact?
In such a case, we would ask you to contact the appliance manufacturer's after-sales service directly. You'll find the relevant contact details on the warranty card.
